We have flexible, learner-friendly approaches to language and cultural training. Contact our project manager for details about language training process. Please see the following for our translation control process.

Categorization: Upon receiving a client’s request, our project managers will categorize source materials according to the project type and its subject matter so that an efficient team can be formed to complete the project.

Organization: We organize the best team available from our base to work for you in the shortest possible time. This team will include translators, area specialists, and proofreaders.

Activation: Our multi-purpose database can be activated to facilitate necessary references to relevant materials and quick access to applicable software.

Translation: Translation is done by team members who are American Translators Association certified or hold an equivalent certification. Our translators must sign a “Code of Ethics for Translators and Interpreters” before they begin work on a project.

Integration: The team leader assembles the work performed by the linguists and subject specialists in order to ensure the proper use of idiomatic language and consistent subject terminology.

Proofreading: The project goes through a double proofing process to ensure accuracy and appropriate style. It is proofread first by a reader who is fluent in both languages and then by a native speaker of the target language.

Typesetting: Editing and formatting design are performed using professional desktop publishing tools.

Perfection: A quality-control surveyor conducts a completion check before the project is returned to the client.

Duplication: The completed project is encrypted and copied to a database that is prepared especially for each of our clients before final delivery.

Delivery: The project is turned around in a timely manner.
